About you
We're looking for an autonomous technical support lead who will be responsible for managing a team of support engineers.
You will ensure that the team of support engineers performs tasks varying from configuring and troubleshooting our product and to helping resolve our customers technical issues.
Your ability to work in complex networking environment will also make you an ideal candidate.
Your day-to-day activities will involved troubleshooting APIs from a myriad of providers including telecom operators, banks, SMS providers.
