Your responsibilities

  • You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Dispatching and Onboarding Teams (Team Leads and agents) with responsibility for separate products
  • Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly operations KPI review and management
  • Develop a process for improving user CSAT without sacrificing quality parameters
  • Help build and implement processes and standards for delivery through the partners network
  • Demonstrate excellent business analytics to perform root cause analysis activities
  • Under minimal supervision, provide direction for multiple, complex and related projects to maximise overall onboarding and alignment to strategic card distribution objectives.
  • Responsibility for managing the performance of Team Leads, coach and mentor them to reach their potential, always leading by example.
  • Building and optimising scalable processes to prepare the company for hyper growth
  • Ensure correct implementation of staff training, quality assurance, development and performance programs in conjunction with Team Leads.
  • Drive continuous Support Improvement and Improve Problem Resolution times.
  • Managing critical vendor/partners relationships and building performance tracking systems
  • Developing strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms
  • Product improvement: proactively searching for new features to provide a seamless customer experience

The profile you are looking for

  • Degree in Business or logistics
  • Experience in managing up to 10-20 employees (including Team Leads)
  • +5 years business experience in Logistics or Customer support
  • Experience running projects, performing informal or acting leadership roles
  • Strong presentation and excellent communication skills
  • You can break complex problems into smaller ones and enjoy working with data to facilitate your work using such tools as SQL and Spreadsheets
  • You're enthusiastic about Djamo's mission and excited to do what needs to be done to achieve it
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills
  • Leadership skills with a creative, confident and motivational approach
  • A clear and proactive communicator, you are able to independently follow through on tasks and can manage priorities effectively
  • Have managed successful teams to achieve ambitious goals
  • Adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions and cope effectively with complexity and change
